TRADE NOTICE NO. 19/04-09      16.06.2005

 

Subject:- Constitution of a committee for finalisation of claims of DFCE under EXIM

                Policy (2003-04) and Target Plus Scheme under Foreign Trade Policy

                (2004-05) under the Jurisdiction of ZJDGFT, Kolkata-clarification and

                other issues.

 

 

            In terms of Policy Circular No. 09(RE-2005)/2004-2009 Dtd. 14.06.2005 issued by Policy Division of Hqrs., finalisation of claims of DFCE for Status holder under EXIM Policy (2003-04) and Target Plus Scheme under Foreign Trade Policy (2004-05) made to the Zonal Office will be done by a committee in Zonal Office under Zonal JDGFT.

 

            Accordingly, a committee has been constituted with the following officers :-

 

            i)          ZJDGFT                      -           Chairman

            ii)         JDGFT (RLM) -           Member

            iii)         JDGFT (SKM)            -               -do-

            iv)        JDGFT (ZK)                -               -do-

            v)         JDGFT (SLM)             -               -do-

            vi)        DDGFT (RNM)           -               -do-

            vii)        DDGFT (HP)               -               -do-

            viii)       FTDO (STATUS)        -           Member Secretary

 

            All cases of DFCE for Status holder and Target Plus will be placed in the committee after examination in Status Section.

 

            This issues with the approval of Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Kolkata.
