For guidance of the members of Trade and Industry, the check sheets for various applications of licences and IEC are circulated. While submitting the applications, the applicants may kindly see for themselves that all requisite documents have been submitted. The check sheets are however not required to be submitted along with applications.

Normally no additional documents will be asked for by this office.
