In terms of PN-26 DT. 30/9/2003, Regional Licensing Authorities have been delegated the responsibility of fixing the nexus in respect of EPCG Licenses up-to a value of Rs.50 crores to be issued by the RLAs concerned. All members of Trade and Industry are therefore informed that it has been decided to constitute an EPCG Committee with the following members:

    1. Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade – Chairman

    2. Joint Director General of Foreign Trade (EPCG) – Member

    3. Joint Director General of Foreign Trade (Policy) – Member

    4. A representative of Customs to be nominated

      5. By Commissioner of Customs --Member

    5. A representative of technical Department Or

Organization to be decided by JDGFT (EPCG) -Member

             f   ADG/FTDO (EPCG) --Member Secretary
